As a Store Manager at Vlaamsch Broodhuys, you run your own store completely. You are the face of the store and the point of contact for many of our regular customers, as well as for your own team. During the training period, you will learn all about our beautiful bread and pastries. After two weeks, you are ready: you are now a true bread ambassador!

What will you do

  • You oversee the daily operations at your Bakery Café;
  • You ensure that the presentation of our products is top-notch so that all attention can be focused on the ultimate bread experience.
  • You are responsible for staff scheduling, cost control, inventory management, and orders;
